Electric: Design, construction, installation, and maintenance of LV/MV/HV substations (up to 33kV), cable laying, jointing, and termination using TE Connectivity (Raychem) systems; switchgear, transformer, and feeder pillar installation; heat trace cables and accessories; and preventive maintenance.
Mechanical: Complete HVAC, plumbing, and process piping installations; firefighting system AMC and upgrades; and testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) works
Fire protection systems: Supply, installation, and AMC for clean agent fire suppression systems (FM-200, FK-5112, CO₂), fire alarm and detection systems (Honeywell, Hochiki), and specialized systems such as VESDA and HSSD.
Specialized Services: Hot tapping, flow stop, and pipe freezing operations executed without system shutdowns.
